I have a general psychotherapy practice in San Francisco for adults and couples, specializing in anxiety and depression, life transitions, career reinvention, and cross-cultural and relationship issues. In my work, I integrate traditional talk therapy with mindfulness, new findings about how the brain functions, attachment theory – how you bond emotionally with your parents and your loved ones, dream work, and experiential/here and now work. Drawing on my 20-year career in marketing for Internet and technology companies including Yahoo! and Apple Computer, I understand first-hand the challenges of balancing a high-stress career, home, and personal interests.
