Summary

I'm a cloud architect and full-stack developer — a versatile, experienced professional spanning from startups to larger enterprises to Solana blockchain, delivering high value to clients, managers, teams, and users. I focus currently on AI, Solana blockchain development, and cloud architecture solutions. But I have also have been in other roles including Ecommerce fullstack engineer, API design/coding/deployment, Frontend tech lead (React SME), and leading technical documentation. A strength of mine is collaborating with stakeholders, product managers and UX teams to bring their creative vision to life in a dynamic, user-friendly reality. Previously, I've held AWS-certified Solutions Architect (Associate) certification and published four books on cloud engineering, including the Cloud Audit series (see at Store.SystemsArchitect.io). As a fullstack developer I'm coding mainly in Typescript/Javascript/Node.js, but also occasionally in Python and other Javascript frameworks. My dev stack is modern/cloud-based full-stack, including JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React/React Native/Redux, Next.js, serverless, AWS services and other cloud SaaS solutions, all integrated with AI for dev tooling. A recent focus is Solana blockchain development, including doing several open-source demos, articles and repos with Solana-related coding. I attended and completed the Turbin3 "Solana's leading education, research, development and talent hub" 2024Q2 cohort program, developing a loyalty rewards platform. Also have worked on Solana payment and wallet integrations, as well as NFTs for various Solana projects. I attended MtnDAO, one of most respected Solana developer conferences. I can work with cloud stacks as required, such as APIs and microservices, including REST/GraphQL gateways, serverless components, and caching. I also have experience with ChatGPT/OpenAI and other LLM APIs and have developed my own solutions related to those. My career in the software/tech industry spans over 20 years. Highlights include roles as a Senior Developer and Tech Lead on projects at Nike, founder/architect of FreshPatents (a successful online business tracking patent applications) and SystemsArchitect.io Store, and Manager of Web Operations and Production at the original MP3.com (NASDAQ: MPPP). Early in my career, I spent a couple of years as a Series 7/63 NASD-licensed stockbroker/trader, working on the trading desk of a popular brokerage (handling equity and options trading).
