Created a web-based Help & Learning Center that hosts videos, Quick Reference Guides, and other helpful collateral serving ten of thousands of interactions monthly across 6,000 locations for approximately 40K associates. 📈 Creator of "𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁", a live monthly interactive program that scaled technology communication across a large organization. Helped reduce calls to Support, increased customer satisfaction from 33% to 94%, and contributed to a record sales year. 📈 Led and managed technology communication assessment over 4 months.
