Summary
For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the "why" behind human behavior. What drives people to make the choices they do? How can brands authentically connect with consumers? These questions sparked my passion for marketing research and have fueled my career for over 20 years. I began my journey in advertising and custom research, helping Fortune 500 companies gain a deeper understanding of their consumers and markets. In 2011, I joined Ipsos' Online Community practice and helped lead the transformation of our social media research division. I’m passionate about blending traditional research rigor with the power of social intelligence. My goal is to bring consumers to life—beyond numbers and data points—and help brands see their customers as living, breathing people with evolving needs, desires, and challenges. I lead a team of incredibly talented VPs, Directors, Account Managers, and Associates who manage online communities and provide clients with actionable insights. We don’t just deliver research; we craft stories that drive innovation, inform product development, and shape brand strategies.
