Summary
I'm currently self employed working on two online courses for effective usage of MongoDB for application development based on my the second revision of my book https://www.amazon.com/Little-Mongo-Schema-Design-Book-ebook/dp/B016F2HQDA. This includes understanding how to effectively leverage the features in MongoDB to write and deploy successful applications. - I was a Team Lead at MongoDB from 2012 to 2018 and responsible for the Node.js and PHP ecosystems. I successfully delivered driver for MongoDB on time with server releases as well grew the developer community around MongoDB in the two ecosystems. - During my tenure I consulted with major Spanish and European organisations on implementing MongoDB as well as delivered training on developing applications using MongoDB as well deploying and scaling them. - I delivered the first beta Javascript drivers for the Stitch beta product. - I'm currently working on two online courses as well as the second revision of my Schema Design Book for MongoDB to codify the lessons into actionable information that be leveraged by engineers to get the maximum out of MongoDB. - I was involved in a relational to MongoDB translation tool prototype that was built internally to help migrate onto MongoDB from other data sources.
