Summary
I help entrepreneurs and leadership teams simplify, clarify and achieve their vision and turn it into scalable business. After I started my own business 10 years ago I have learnt that the key is to put a system in place that connects the different components of your growing company and strengthens them in synch. EOS helps companies and leaders get better at three things – Vision, Traction and Healthy. At the end of our journey together, everyone is on the same page with where the company is going and how it is going to get there. Company leaders are working together as a healthy, functional, cohesive team and everyone in the organization makes progress each day toward achieving the vision. I have been a passionate Company Builder for the past 20+ years, gathering experience, learnings and case studies from start-ups and growth companies to large multinationals and private equity. All of this is now poured into the EOS framework to be able to help even more.
