Summary
I’ve always believed there is a better way for software moving forward. Developing innovative solutions in the automotive and manufacturing industry has been a driving force in my engineering career for the last 30 years. But so has leadership. Having experience as a leader in tech-solution focused companies, talent/staffing, and now, as CEO of Alloy Group LLP, I understand the importance of business development, people, and entrepreneurship combined with the engineering mind. Merging these pieces of my career was critical to the vision behind Alloy Group. And this ideology speaks to our mission of being equal parts talent and technical solutions. It's engineering with a compelling human component. Usually, you get one or the other in a manufacturing solutions company, and I’m proud to say we do both. Specialties: technology, professional staffing, startup, solutions architect, reporting, performance management, automotive, ECU, large-scale flashing for OEM & Tier1 suppliers, electronic control units, testing
