With over 17 years of experience in the software industry, I have developed a passion for helping businesses grow and achieve their goals by optimizing and designing their processes. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams, and I strive to bring a positive and collaborative mindset to every project. I was the COO and co-founder of Checkster, a software company that powered talent decisions for organizations and providers of staffing and HR services. During my 14.5 years at Checkster, I built and managed the client success team, oversaw the marketing, product and engineering functions, and helped design the sales strategy for large account acquisition. I was instrumental in achieving a fantastic company culture, high customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Checkster was acquired by Outmatch in November 2020.
