Summary
Clay J Stanek is now the Chief Technologist for the Camgian Corporation leading initiatives in Counter-UAS, applications of reinforcement learning and deep learning to IAMD and commercial applications. Dr. Stanek had split his time between his primary appointment as the Chief Technologist to Army Analytics Group (AAG) under DUSA and Technical Fellow Emeritus/National and Aerospace Cyber Business Unit Technical Representative for Peraton Corporation (formally part of NGC) I have a wide range of SME-level knowledge in all aspects of Machine Learning, Integrated Air and Missile Defense (tracking), Cyber, Sensors (Radar, Lidar, IR, SIGINT, EW) coupled with SW and mathematics skills, and most recently, behavioral and cyber analytics applications. I'm known for being able to combine where Sys Eng., SW dev, and deep algorithmic knowledge is required such as tracking and state estimation, machine learning applications, pattern recognition to deliver Mission-Critical SW Systems, and anomaly detection in Cyber systems. I'm also in charge of the Technology Road Map and Strategy for AAG. Previously, Clay J. Stanek was employed at DataPath from April 2006 until June 2008. From April 2006 until Sept 2006, he was Vice President of Research and Development and Chief Technology Officer for Software Business Unit. In September 2006, he was appointed Vice President and General Manager of the Maxview Software Solutions Business Unit. Datapath was sold to Rockwell Collins in 2008. From February 2000 to September 2005, he was the Chief Scientist and co-founder at Anzus Corp., a provider of commercial and military wireless communications. Specifically, I worked on novel applications of pattern recognition techniques to difficult data association and correlation problems in the C2 domain. ANZUS was sold to Rockwell Collins in 2006. Specialties: Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, Database Applications, Cyber Security, Behavioral Analytics, Bayesian Statistics, Reinforcement Learning, Command & Control Software, Correlation & Fusion, target tracking, Feature Engineering, Data Munging, Integrated Air Missile Defense (theatre and National), SIGINT/EW systems, and Python-based software working with GPU HW. Defense: IAMD, SATCOM, tactical datalinks, C4ISR. Infrared Sensors, and Counter-Intelligence, Cyber Security, C5 Modernization through AI Broadcast: Monitoring and Control (M&C) Software for Operations Centers for customers like DirecTV.
