I drive B2B revenue growth and customer acquisition & retention for clients using insights gained from a career managing and advising some of the world's largest and most innovative solution providers and service organisations. I am Managing Partner at Talent Capital Partners Ltd, a firm based in London and Milan focussed on driving revenue growth through sales system alignment. Our renowned Value Creation methodology was developed in collaboration with McKinsey & Co and has added over $2bn of incremental revenue for major account teams from Cisco, IBM, HP, Dell and others. This know-how & data-driven approach to define & continuously improve the "Sales System" has now been poured into our exciting new B2B sales management platform for SMEs, ProspectSafari. ProspectSafari provides a complete solution for B2B sales, from lead generation to sales engagement, sales enablement, customer retention, analytics and industry-leading forecasting. Our particular strength is in companies selling to small, local or niche businesses. My early career spans 14 years in the European IT Services industry, specialising in Services Marketing and New Business Development. I founded a network of IT service and internet consultancy companies in Italy and France after a career in Digital Equipment Corporation in Milan and Geneva, where I was the youngest Director in DEC Europe and co-authored the award-winning "Marketing For Results" methodology. I previously headed the European Venture Capital Practice at Spencer Stuart and led the London office of the Global Technology Practice. I continue to provide Executive Search services both through Talent Capital Partners and as the International Partner of Milan-based Villa & Partners Executive Search. Fluent in Italian, I have a Masters Degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
