As a sales call empowerment coach with over 28 years of experience, I help salespeople of all types and levels overcome the emotional hesitation to prospect and self-promote. I use proven assessment tools, such as SPQ/FSA, and coaching programs, such as Positive Intelligence, to identify and address the root causes of sales call reluctance and transform them into sales call confidence. I also guide salespeople in mastering their presence and process, scripting effective sales conversations, and applying innovative ways to identify and reach ideal prospects. My mission is to enable salespeople to excel in their performance, achieve their goals, and enjoy their work. I have worked with various clients across industries and sectors, including Wintrust Commercial Finance, Merrill Lynch, New York Life, Morgan Stanley, Edward Jones, Waddell & Reed, and many more.
