As a Loan Originator for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp, Equal Housing Lender, I have positioned myself to assist homeowners, prospective homeowners, and realtors find success. I have helped hundreds of families and individuals get into new homes or refinance their current home loans into terms to help them better reach their personal goals. I work with several investors and many programs including Conforming, FHA, VA, and Jumbo Loans. My experience as a Mortgage Planner has prepared me well to work with the mortgage company I am now with. Academy Mortgage's reputation of trust and doing things the “right way” is an asset, not just to the families for whom I work, but also for the real estate agents. That trust along with experience and hard work has given many realtors and the families the peace of mind they were looking for while going through the process of getting a new mortgage. I feel blessed to be able to affect so many people so profoundly in my role as a Mortgage Consultant. I love being able to put people into the mortgage product that fits their lifestyles and goals while making sure they are educated enough to know that they have made sound decisions. For most people their home is the biggest asset they will ever own; it is an honor to be the person they trust to assist them with it. I have also received my RCS-D (Real Estate Collaborative Specialist - Divorce) designation so that I can help clients as they are going through a difficult time in their lives. I want to make sure that they understand and avoid some common pitfalls and make the divorce process as smooth as it can be. I enjoy an active lifestyle and like to challenge my daughter to join me. Camping is certainly one of our favorites, and it would be difficult to find any activity we wouldn’t be willing to try. That doesn’t mean we can’t also enjoy a quiet evening at home with our 2 dogs!
