Summary
I transform people into protagonists. My goal is to empower leaders so they can advocate for themselves and the causes they believe in. I focus on giving people tools they need to effect change and work together across differences. My experiences as a leadership scholar, student affairs educator, and entrepreneur allowed me to lead programs at Coro Northern California, the nation's oldest leadership development organization. I continue to support leaders in their growth and development as a coach and facilitator.
