Secretary of TB & NTM group of the ERS Assembly 10. *Author of 82 scientific publications, participation in 23 competitive R&D projects and 18 collaborative contracts with companies and private foundations. *More than 15 years-experience in design and evaluation of new therapeutic strategies against infectious diseases, both in experimental animal models and in clinical studies and trials. *Member of the Genetics and Microbiology Dept. of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). *Leader of the H2020 Project as PI and coordinator, the SMA-TB (www.smatb.eu) involving 9 partners of 7 countries.
