Summary

I'm a facilitator and change agent working at the edge of collective intelligence, organizational design, and emerging AI systems. I'm also the founder of JediOnTheFly, a studio helping teams shift their use of GenAI from “prompting for answers” to building co-creative relationships with large language models. Our globally distributed team works with clients across enterprise, government and nonprofits. We are small and nimble and can quickly ramp up/down per your needs. We are 'disruptors' in the best sense of the word - disrupting your team's thinking to see and test more options. In addition to consulting, I play in hand drum ensembles and on a digital drum kit (with headphones so kid and wife stay sane). I pull too many weeds in my Orlando garden, and I have a penchant for creating local community history projects to stir up some 'good trouble' and hear some untold stories.
