Summary
My passion and my profession is images, primarily photographic. I have spent the last 37 years of my life learning what makes a great photograph, honing my skills at managing creative teams and staying technically current in a rapidly evolving profession. I am currently a member of the operations team at Bay Photo where we're making prints and wall displays for photographers, artists and people who want the highest quality image products and service. Specialties: - Creative team facilitator and manager. - Technical expertise with both digital and optical photographic imaging. - Project management across multiple departments. - Formalizing work-flow and systems into concrete, written procedures. - Color management, device profiling and "getting it to look like my monitor" experience. - Passion for information and work-flow systems efficiency.
