Summary
I am currently retired. My career has had both creative and analytical threads, and I’ve combined them to varying degrees according to context. My creative experience clusters primarily around music creation/production (with some marketing/administration), expanding additionally to writing, graphics and photography. My analytical experience includes technical and production roles in online services, and public policy research and advocacy. Regardless of which thread is at the fore in a particular context, attention to administrative detail, creative problem solving, and an ambition to reach a level of excellence characterizes my approach to all of my endeavors. And while I have had increasing involvement in the nonprofit sector in recent years, it has always been important to me to contribute to an overall mission of meaningful societal impact above and beyond satisfaction with the immediate tasks at hand and cooperative teamwork with co-workers. Moving forward into retirement, my focus is more exclusively on my creative pursuits and volunteering for more activities with meaningful societal impact.
