With over 20 years of experience in the public and non-profit sectors, I have developed a strong expertise in organizational development, community engagement, and strategic planning. This works includes overseeing the regulatory review of large real estate projects, managing collaboration among multiple civic agencies, and the implementation of planning initiatives in various neighborhoods. My work has encompassed staff/team management, grant writing and building of partnerships with diverse stakeholders. As the President of Emmanuel Music, I am passionate about creating community, enhancing the organization, and promoting the power of arts and culture. I lead the Board of Directors, oversee fundraising and programmatic direction and support senior staff in ensuring effective administrative and artistic operations.
