Summary
I am a skilled trade regulation and antitrust lawyer and litigator whose clients appreciate my dedication, creativity, and depth of experience. For over twenty-five years, I have been a full-service antitrust and trade regulation lawyer (including the growing area of privacy regulation) who handles all the major aspects of the practice, including civil litigation, cartel matters, mergers and acquisitions, and counseling. Based in Washington, D.C. at Thompson Hine LLP, I represent clients before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, as well in matters brought by state attorneys general. For my consumer protection matters, I have handled a diverse set of issues, including the evolving area of privacy regulation. I also am an experienced litigator in complex, general litigation.
