Summary
I've been told my "superpower" is my ability to listen. What do you have to say? First and foremost, I am a coach. I help my clients develop the courage to reach for their dreams. Years ago, I was fortunate enough to fly F/A18 Hornets of the USS Midway as a Navy Pilot. I served a few years as the General Manager of a Toll Road before finding my passion in educating leaders. Today, I'm a Professor of Organizational Leadership. I've written several articles on different aspects of leadership and a textbook on Toxic Leadership.
