Summary

I've been in the world of complex manufacturing and complex software my entire career. I've been both a customer and a vendor. I've been a materials planner, a purchasing agent, an auditor, a writer, a quality specialist, a projects manager. I’ve been responsible for implementing ERP systems, for developing them, for delivering them, for supporting them. I've led local teams, distributed teams, global teams.I enjoy the challenge of solving problems others consider unsolvable; of finding ways to make the complex simple. I believe in processes – although, just like plans, they need to be agile and adapt to situations. I believe in quality, in always doing your best. I believe in getting up when you're knocked down – every time. I believe strongly in family; in the ability of every individual; and in the power of teamwork. The favorite part of my job revolves around people – customers, partners, teammates. They all challenge me to become better every day. They amaze me daily with their effort, their intelligence, their abilities, and of course, their sense of humor..
