Dave Sobocinski is a Founding Partner of CarterBaldwin and has been with the firm since its inception. His practice includes asset intensive businesses that have significant operational variables as their foundation. These are businesses that tend to be roll-ups, turnarounds and/or high growth businesses that are often Manufacturing, Distribution and Commercial Service entities requiring a change in leadership to realize their goals. A significant portion of Dave’s business is with Private Equity backed businesses, particularly those that are looking to assemble leadership teams for the long term vs. a quick exit. Before founding CarterBaldwin, Dave led a regional search firm to national prominence, expanding it throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New England markets, resulting in two consecutive listings on the Inc. 500. Prior to executive search, Dave worked in a consumer products roll up, where he had business development and sales responsibilities across the Southeast.
