Experience 2001-present NetScreen Technologies Inc. Leader in the network security market http://www.netscreen.com Manager, Worldwide Staffing Was hired to manage all aspects of the staffing function, including managing recruiters and staffing contractors, vendor management, executive level searches, contingent workforce, immigration and global client group support. As a hands-on manager, I carried a full requisition workload to double the size of NetScreen from 330 to 650 plus employees in 13 months. Key personal accomplishments to date: * Successful executive staffing - Doubled the size of the number of Director level positions from 14 to 28 * Created and integrated staffing processes into entire company * Selected and rolled out recruiting database * Created new Contingent Workforce process/policies to avoid co-employment liability * Hired staff in 22 countries * Awarded " President's Club 2002-St. Thomas" top 10% of all employees 1999-2001 Internap Network Services Corporation(was laid off) http://www.internap.com Manager, Staffing Was hired to manage, create and implement a national recruiting process for network engineering, and product marketing. Created and implemented entire recruiting process, including assisting senior management in determining staffing needs, job specifications, screening process, recruiting strategies, process improvement, organizational development, candidate sourcing, compensation analysis, and closing candidates. Managed four team members while creating a process which staffed over 135 world class network engineers in a competitive dot.com job market.
