Summary

I am an Organizational Change Management leader with over 20 years of business experience. I see my role as guiding clients to both maintain business continuity and to enhance their effectiveness in the face of significant change. My roles have ranged from program manager to individual contributor depending on the needs of the situation. While a significant portion of my client delivery opportunities have focused on traditional change management activities supporting technology implementations, I have also been engaged to lead organization design and job design projects, manage the redesign of clients' core service offerings, guide start-up and non-profit organizations to implement good business practices, and coach senior executives on multiple topics. I love partnering across all levels of an organization, from senior executives to front-line employees. With a track record of delivering excellent client service, I have also been responsible for creating methodologies and tools to help my fellow consultants serve their clients well. My experience working across multiple industries provides me with the opportunity to transfer knowledge in unique ways.
