Summary
I practice corporate and commercial litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country. My practice focuses on complex shareholders’ rights actions litigated in the Delaware Court of Chancery and federal courts. In addition, I have a strong practice in bankruptcy-related litigation, representing creditor committees and post-confirmation trustees to litigate D&O and other claims to recover funds for creditors. My firm and I advise and represent clients in a broad range of commercial disputes. In 2015, my firm obtained approval of the largest cash settlement in the history of the Court of Chancery, $275 million, in In re Activision Blizzard, Inc. Stockholders Litigation.
