What do I do today? I deliver leadership services to help individuals, teams and/or organizations reach their fullest (business) potential and ultimate (personal) passion - basically what I've been doing informally all of my life. Now I focus full time on helping shift mindsets, behaviors and cultural beliefs at the critical inflection points of an individual's career journey and/or a company's organizational journey/transformation. All of this against the backdrop of VUCA - volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity - for rapidly changing market conditions. And now I'm a published author too! My prior life was all about enterprise software and technology/management consulting: Adept at discovering the junction of complex customer requirements, executive sponsor’s individual objectives and innovative solution offerings. Skilled in building out and successfully executing strategic engagement plans, both directly and with key partners, primarily focused on the line of business with existing customers or new business pursuits. Worked at startups from the first day, privately held companies seeking acquisition options and large organizations focused on quarterly/annual goals. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the nuances of a variety of industries and/or solution offerings applicable to ambiguous business challenges. Accomplished at discovering the systematic approach to breaking down complex problems and becoming the “Rosetta Stone” to explain and execute how the individual component parts come together in a strategic and holistic solution – whether in the context of a sales engagement, solution architecting or project/program execution.
