Co-created the Organization and Societal Transformation Special Interest Group, pioneered organization learning and Knowledge sharing. At Sun Microsystems received companywide recognition, for my first-of-its-kind in Silicon Valley, Mini-MBA program and received an Information Resources Champion, Academy Award for it in 1996. 3. Extensive international training and consulting experience in both the business and peacebuilding arenas. I have been responsible for corporate and executive development programs in Spain, Hong Kong, France, India, Germany, Belgium and Canada. In 1982, I co-founded the internationally recognized organization Pathways To Peace (a NGO at the United Nations) and co-founder of its business focused project, PeaceBuilding through Business. In 1996, I helped design and lead an international conference in Delhi, India related to leadership in Human Unity. My weeklong program on leadership was a subset of the conference that involved 100,000 people from over 50 countries. Co-facilitate Listen To The City, a dialogue with 5000 New Yorkers on the redevelopment of the World Trade Center site.
