Summary
Started working on the internet in 1994, founded Smoke Free in 2012 as a distertation project for my Psychology MSc. This led to a PhD in app-delivered behaviour change at UCL and a deep dive in how to use science to improve health technology. I now focus on Smoke Free fully and am convinced we are on the cusp of a paradigm shift in how tech can be used to help people lead healthier and happier lives.
