We are profoundly changing the Software landscape to no longer be a tool for organizing work but instead becoming the worker itself, capable of understanding, executing, and improving traditionally human-delivered relational heavy lifting. Imagine a library of AI agents scanning our interactions, organizing our relationship ecosystems (categories or buckets where we know people), and recommending the next best steps to move key relationships along a value continuum. As a student of Relationship Economics®, I've discovered that business relationships are instrumental in successful strategies, real innovation, profitable growth, and market traction. I have written twelve books, translated into eight languages, including best-selling Relationship Economics 3rd edition (Wiley), Curve Benders (Wiley), Co-Create (St. Martin's Press), ConnectAbility (McGraw-Hill), and Return on Impact (Josey-Bass) and speak often on these topics to global audiences. A native of Iran, I immigrated to the United States in 1981 with a suitcase, $100, limited family ties, and no fluency in English.
