International corporate financier with over 30 years’ experience. I have built and managed an FCA regulated boutique firm for over 20 years. I have also been instrumental in building, restructuring and advising businesses on an interim or project basis. Throughout my career, I have completed over $16bn in transactions in the media, telecom, technology, real estate and mining sectors. More recently I have developed an innovative business in the water and renewable energy industry. I have experience of public and private company boards and family offices. I also currently act as Chairman and Director of a UK-based charity. focusing on its investment portfolio. Outside of the work environment, I enjoy climbing mountains and have completed the Three Peaks Challenge with my son and his friends, raising over £10,000 for charity.
