I have over 25 years financial and commercial experience in New Zealand and internationally, across a range of industries and segments, including infrastructure construction & maintenance, energy, venture capital, IT, manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services, consumer credit, telecommunications, property, healthcare, hospitality and entertainment. Well, one of my bikes. OK, we won’t talk about exactly how many bikes. All day road rides, multi day mountain bike adventures, exploring back roads on a gravel bike, or a quick spin up Rapaki Track on a summer evening. I love the outdoors. In addition to cycling, my passions include tramping, mountaineering and multisport. I have climbed rock faces in the Italian Dolomites, frozen waterfalls in the French Alps and a good few New Zealand peaks. Things I have done twice: • Coast to Coast multisport race • Climbed Aoraki / Mt Cook • Had a kid (the biggest adventure of all) When the adventure is all done I enjoy relaxing (and in this context, mowing the lawns counts as an adventure) with a great New Zealand craft beer pilsner. Or a German pilsner. Or a Czech pilsner………. You get the picture.
