In December 1998, Deanne made the choice to leave her corporate position as a training director so she could focus all her efforts on leadership development. LeaderStrength Systems, Inc. began in January of 2000 with the vision of helping organizational clients and individuals clarify the outcomes they are seeking and then systematically focus, build and adapt their leadership strengths in order to achieve their outcomes. She is a thought leader in the field of learning and leadership. She and her business partner look at current practices, historical trends, and scientific research to design programs that work best to achieve the exceptional growth and ongoing high performance that organizations and people desire.
