Debra has been a career coach since 1998 and an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) since 1999. She trained with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) in 2001, then a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF in 2006. She has also earned a BBA in Finance and M.Ed. in Organizational Performance and Change. During her career in state service, she served 8 years with the CO Department of Labor and Employment as a Job Search trainer and held leadership roles in higher ed. at both CU Boulder and CSU Fort Collins.
