Debra DeVilbiss, PCC, with over two decades of coaching career-changers, wants you to feel the deep satisfaction of a career path that allows you to engage your creativity. She works with professionals who are restless and discontent, those who are tired of the status quo, and those who are seeking change. Her clients redirect their paths toward one with deeper meaning and engaging creative challenges. Debra has been a career coach since 1998 and an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) since 1999. She trained with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) in 2001, then a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF in 2006. She has also earned a BBA in Finance and M.Ed. in Organizational Performance and Change. During her career in state service, she served 8 years with the CO Department of Labor and Employment as a Job Search trainer and held leadership roles in higher ed. at both CU Boulder and CSU Fort Collins.
