Summary
I would like to introduce myself as a highly pragmatic self-starter. I have worked in several functions in the software world - development, QA, software maintenance, and Technical support. I had successfully transitioned from being an accomplished Customer Experience Management professional in the IT sector into the education sector as a tutor, coach, and mentor. My move to the education sector was in 2013 when I joined Teach for India, an organization aimed at eliminating educational inequity in India. I continued in this sector as a Mathematics teacher. Here, I learned various interpersonal skills, such as strategic relationship building, complex problem solving, and decision making. I believe I bear excellent communication, interpersonal, team leading, analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to organize information and communicate the same in a clear & useful manner.
