Denise Zack is a Partner at VLP. Denise represents banks, institutional lenders and company borrowers in debt financings, including commercial bank loans, mezzanine and second lien debt transactions, acquisition financings, letter of credit facilities, bridge loans, assignments, participations, intercreditor relationships, debt restructurings and equipment lease transactions.
