Denise Zack is a Partner at VLP. Denise represents banks, institutional lenders and company borrowers in debt financings, including commercial bank loans, mezzanine and second lien debt transactions, acquisition financings, letter of credit facilities, bridge loans, assignments, participations, intercreditor relationships, debt restructurings and equipment lease transactions. Denise also handles negotiation and documentation of equity enhancements to debt investments, such as warrants and stock purchases. Denise’s clients are located throughout the United States, including Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, Colorado, Texas, California, Oregon and Washington.
