Summary
I am a senior advisor to executives and Boards in the healthcare sector, primarily working with biopharmaceutical clients and senior teams in foundations and non-profits. I bring a hands-on, collaborative style. I build on over 25 years of experience in both executive and advisory roles serving clients ranging from well-established global biopharma companies to growth-stage companies. One of my key areas of focus is to advise emerging companies on scaling up their business, leveraging my deep expertise in strategic planing, enhancing business operations, decision-making governance, org design and managing culture and change. In particular, I work with clients managing through the stresses of high, rapid growth, looking to expand operations, facing disruptive change, looking to enhance executive team effectiveness and onboarding new leaders. Working with foundations and non-profits, I have led engagements focused on facilitating strategy development, executive team effectiveness, portfolio management, and opportunity evaluation.
