- I’ve worked as a consultant, agency director, board member and entrepreneur to build new business and social impact brands for the past 15 years. - For the past 10 years I’ve launched brands in fashion (Richcraft Jeans, Community Supply Co), publishing, technology (Techmatcher). - Ventures don’t go as planned; that’s often where the good stuff happens. - I have a life-long love affair with music - it taps into something deeper than our nerve endings. I love nothing more than curating and sharing good music. Music can create the context for connection and conversation, even among complete strangers. - I love the good conversation that often happens around a crackling fire. - I’m never surprised when I learn something new from my team. They are true marvels. Like looking for scalable experiments rather than taking an ‘all or nothing’ approach to solving problems. - I had the privilege of working three years in the US Capitol building for the Speaker and Majority Leader of the House of Representatives leading digital innovation and change initiatives. My office was literally under the Dome. - Life has everyday challenges that keep pushing me to improve. Like lifting heavy things (think barbells!) and experimenting with unique combinations of smoothie ingredients.
