Over the past twenty years I have developed deep experience in defining and delivering complex and innovative semiconductor and hardware projects from concept to completion. My track record spans diverse industries including AI, telecom, storage and finance. I've been building and managing distributed and multicultural engineering teams that deliver high-quality products on-time and on budget. I have designed multi-million gate, complex SoCs, and FPGA-based projects. I also understand and can make critical business decisions on tradeoffs in chip technology, architecture, hardware/software partitioning, RTL coding and implementation, functional verification, and validation.
