With over twenty years of experience in product accessibility and management, I lead the global team at Pearson that ensures our products and services are accessible and inclusive for all learners. I am passionate about creating learning experiences that empower and inspire people of diverse abilities and backgrounds, using cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI. My core competencies include managing technology infrastructure, data integration, marketing processes, running business teams and projects, data driven decision making and the software development cycle. I am also highly experienced in working with assistive technology providers and industry standards, having previously served as the Director of Information Systems and Technology at VFO, the world’s leading provider of assistive technology to the blind and visually impaired.
