Summary

I am user-centered analyst, researcher, and data enthusiast with over 20 years of experience leading programs in operations, analytics, and product development. Having recently completed my PhD in Human Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington, I leverage my professional analytic experience with skills in user centered research to improve products and operations for organizations dedicated to public sector advancements. I have spent the past 15 years of my professional career at the University of Washington working at an enterprise level to improve data management, insights and analytics, and associated work systems. I helped deliver the University’s first enterprise level financial forecasting program and was a key member of the Enterprise Data Management Committee working collaboratively across all sectors of the University to establish policies and protocols for defining, staging, and accessing enterprise data. I currently work for the City of Tacoma Finance Department as a Principal Analyst / IT Governance Manager.
