Summary
The world of IT, ERP, Big Data and IoT can be a treacherous landscape for companies to navigate. Most businesses do not maximize their spend in information technology; their CRM goes underutilized, they buy mobile technologies then don’t leverage their investments, they often struggle transitioning their business applications moved to the cloud. I have a passion for solving problems using technology. In helping businesses to solve their problems, I am also helping to grow their organizations by providing pathways to greater sales, lower defects, more streamlined processes and more secure systems. As a CIO, CTO, Project Manager, Solution Architect and Business Development leader, I am responsible for matching business needs with technical architecture. This is how a Loyola Computer Science major like myself ended up in the unlikely spot of not only leading software development teams for Fortune 1000 clients such as Becton Dickinson, Under Armour, PHH/Element, Geico and UPS, but also building and executing internal business development strategies for sales teams. Today, my skills are focused on helping businesses to “move the needle” using technology. I am focused on applying my unique blend of practical application, executive leadership and business savvy to help corporate leaders determine how to best invest in technology so that every dollar spent contributes to the bottom line. Specialties: Information Technology (IT) Strategy, Management Consulting, Software Engineering, Technical Management, Manufacturing 4.0, Industry 4.0, Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT), Healthcare, Finance, Logistics, Social Media, eCommerce, Business Intelligence, Online Analytical Processing (OLAP), Data Visualization, o365, Cloud-based Technologies, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
