Funded by Eli Lilly, Omidyar Network & Founders Fund, CDD is changing the paradigm of drug discovery to one of open, selective collaboration. E.g., co's largest customer, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, chose CDD to build a global network for TB research; other customers include leading pharmas, universities & institutions worldwide. Currently executive coach, marketing, communication & strategy consultant. Former president & CEO of Cooper, an 18 year old firm based in San Francisco that focuses on designing software centered products. Former VC -- GP at Cypress Ventures, investor, board member & officer in several tech & service businesses. Formerly longtime CEO of Niehaus Ryan Wong (NRW), the public relations agency best known for launching & building the Yahoo! brand over five years, launching Apple's iMac, various Pixar movies & many successful consumer & B-to-B tech companies.
