Today’s software, whether it is Quickbase, Smartsheet, Filemaker, Appsheet, or any other SaaS, is highly customizable and can do tasks that used to be assigned to people, such as sending e-mails or texts, creating formal documents, or even highlighting potential problems before they become actual problems. The end result is a system that you and your team will like using that answers questions you didn’t even know you had. I began my career as an engineer in a medical device and aerospace manufacturing company and found success as a sales manager, engineering manager, operations manager, division manager, and COO. Over the years, I've had the good fortune work at a successful start-ups and well-established businesses, from 15 people to thousands of people.
