I'm a strategic, seasoned tech and sales professional, with multi-sector experience of developing and implementing Conversational AI driven voice automation tools at the enterprise level. I also have a rich background with integrating self service retail kiosks, digital signage and custom app development. In my early career I managed call center teams. Eventually I was managing a large CPG design agency's digital division and later was CTO and eventually President of a boutique professional services agency for over 17+ years. Most recently, I'm working as a sales engineer bringing my wealth of CAI/GAI, app dev and IT systems knowledge to document integration points, telephony, create requirement docs and business cases that would allow my team to close deals. I have worked in our food services vertical, fintech, retail and most recently focusing on the Healthcare space (payer/provider/life sciences) for our AI platforms. At Kore.ai, I sell CCaaS solutions, AI driven virtual assistants and voice IVA platforms. Platforms that orchestrate agentic flows with GenAI & LLMs/SLMs. The fine tuning of open source and commercial models is of great value to many of my customers as well as AI Agent testing and creation for non-conversational AI tasks.
