As a senior IT leader with over two decades of experience, I thrive at the intersection of strategic execution, team empowerment, and continuous transformation. At MathWorks, I lead the Program & Portfolio Management Office (PPMO), enabling our IT organization to consistently deliver business value—through agile practices, effective governance, and forward-thinking innovation. One of my proudest achievements has been spearheading a full-scale agile transformation across IT—shifting from waterfall to a responsive, iterative delivery model that aligns closely with business priorities. I also designed and implemented a comprehensive portfolio management framework that matured our delivery capabilities and enhanced visibility and accountability across initiatives. Beyond process and structure, I lead with a strong focus on people—coaching managers, scrum masters, and project professionals to work smarter, collaborate deeply, and drive outcomes. Most recently, I’ve been exploring the potential of Generative AI to accelerate project delivery, enhance planning accuracy, and empower teams with intelligent tools.
