Summary

I’m a transformation-focused leader and coach with 30+ years of experience in B2B technology and industrial automation. Over my career, I’ve worked across 𝟓 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟐𝟎 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀, including 𝟐𝟐+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, where I led innovative initiatives and strategic transformations. Before Rockwell, I honed my skills at 𝟑 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀 (Citadon, Bidcom, 2Bridge) and in the 𝗘𝗥𝗣 (Baan Company) and 𝗖𝗔𝗗 (Autodesk) industries. These experiences gave me a diverse perspective on driving growth and navigating change across industries. 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿: • Building and launching innovative initiatives and partnerships. • Leading high-performing global teams. • Turning complex challenges into opportunities for growth and impact. • Navigating change at business, team, and personal levels. In 2022, I gained clarity on my priorities and reaffirmed my passion for 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲—whether desired, planned, or unexpected. This journey inspired me to support others in creating careers and lives rooted in their unique vision of success. By the end of 2024, I left my corporate career and launched 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, combining decades of leadership experience with proven coaching frameworks and certifications, including being a 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 and a certified 𝗡𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗧𝗤) 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵.
