With over 10 years of experience in non-profit development, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who drives revenue growth and donor engagement for Volunteers of America-Greater New York (VOA-GNY), a faith-based human services organization. As the Manager of Development Operations, I optimize development operations for the re-organized Development Department, utilizing data analytics, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and social media marketing to identify and cultivate major gift prospects, increase mid-level gifts, and partner with the Vice President of Development on new foundation proposals. I also oversee the financial reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. In my previous roles, I streamlined development operations and training procedures for 15 summer camp locations across the country, generated donation growth through strategic integrated fundraising campaigns, and spearheaded efforts to implement a new integrated CRM system for the Union for Reform Judaism, the oldest American federation of Jewish congregations.
