Summary
I'm an efficient learner and an efficient worker. I'm resourceful and am a quick study. I create tools and techniques that make a job easier. I value relationships with my customers and my vendors. I highly respect and cherish my relationships with colleagues and mentors. I take ownership of my projects, from start to finish. People trust that when I commit to a schedule, I will meet it or beat it. I contribute directly to a company's success. Plus I was told I'm easy to work with :) Hey, I even had a PCB layout team name themselves after me -- I thought the program manager was kidding until I actually heard the operator call out "Team Emma" on their intercom while I was on hold once! I guess my vendors really do like me ;) Accomplishments which I am most proud of: - At Motorola AIEG I created a tool with Lab Windows which automated DV/PV testing with a bench tester. It was spectacular watching it collect data while exercising my ECM. I was so proud of The Emma-nator (yes, that's what I fondly called it). - At HCD I wrote a macro to check my PCB designs. With so many pins and patterns and possible daisy-chain combinations for interposer designs, the mating had to be spot on. 100% Right-First-Time designs that I could churn out in no time flat. - At Spansion I developed baseline templates to standardize daughter cards, load boards, socket boards, cabled interfaces, etc. And the macro-driven Excel file that Spansion uses to order all the test hardware, I wrote it. (theme: what I enjoy the most is designing HW and writing diagnostic code to exercise it)
