I’m a collaborative engineering leader with roots in biotechnology, starting my career on the Human Genome Project at the Whitehead Institute and MIT. I love turning bold ideas into real, measurable outcomes and enabling teams to tackle big challenges in meaningful ways. I have extensive experience leading technical teams and delivering complex software projects across Ed. Tech, biotech, eCommerce, and consumer electronics. I love supporting my teams in scaling their impacts—for example, expanding a data-integration function by over 75 times in recurring revenue or more than doubling an engineering organization in just six months. My management philosophy centers on clarity, inclusivity, and growth—ensuring people have the vision and support they need to excel.
