Examples of my recent career highlights include: ► Stabilized and grew market share at Coors with brand repositioning, a new campaign, and improved engagement across a suite of digital tools, experiential activations, and shopper marketing. ► Achieved double-digit sales growth of William Lawson’s Scotch Whisky to become the fastest growing global brand across Bacardi spirits portfolio for three consecutive years. ► Restored profitability, turning around Revlon International’s Europe and Middle East region from -$50M loss to +$30M in four years through portfolio optimization of thousands of SKUs, a fast cadence of product launches, and marketing revitalization. ► Launched Halenani Consulting in 2021 to advise small to mid-size clients on marketing strategies, capabilities, and campaigns to drive sales growth.
